How to request and complete the deletion of your personal data from TenthDesk.

Data Privacy Commitment

TenthDesk (Botflow) values your privacy. We store configuration settings, access tokens, and chat history payloads solely to render services for your workflows. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time.

Option 1: Delete via the Platform (Instant)

The fastest way to remove all integration tokens and logs is directly through your user panel:

Log in to your dashboard at tenthdesk.com/dashboard.
Go to Channels or Integrations, select your Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp channel, and click Delete. This immediately deletes the linked credentials, access tokens, and webhooks subscription on our servers.
To remove your complete user account, navigate to Settings > Profile and select Delete Account. This action is permanent and deletes all contacts, templates, databases, and logs.

Option 2: Revoking Permissions via Facebook Settings

You can revoke the TenthDesk application permissions from your personal Facebook Account settings:

Log in to your Facebook profile.
Go to your account's Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Find TenthDesk (or the custom integration name) and click Remove.
Optionally check the box asking to send a request to the app developer to delete your activities, then click Remove to confirm.

Option 3: Manual Support Request (24-Hour SLAs)

If you want our support team to verify and wipe your data manually, please perform the following:

Send Email Request

Email us at priyanshu@vivagifts.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please send the request from the email address registered under your TenthDesk workspace so we can verify ownership. We will process your deletion request and wipe all logs, contacts, and account records within 24 hours of receipt.

Wiped Data Details

When deletion is executed, we purge your name, email, credentials, access tokens, webhook databases, contacts, templates, and campaign records. We only retain a secure history of integrated Meta/WhatsApp Account IDs (without any personal details attached) to prevent abuse and trial policy duplication. No other backups or user-specific records are retained.
